Operation Twist and the Volatility Continues

Italy gets downgraded yesterday and the markets held up - the Fed meeting titled 'operation twist' has traders loaded with their positions, as we saw USD fall last night.

I still think we see a strong Q4 trading rally to end the year, and I'll position my portfolio to represent this.
